Tom Sparke is a marine conservation specialist with extensive experience leading large-scale projects across NGOs, philanthropy, and the private sector. Holding an MSc in Tropical Coastal Management, he is a certified technical diver, underwater videographer, and expedition leader. Tom has managed complex marine science missions across the Indo-Pacific and Eastern Tropical Pacific, and at Ark2 Labs he coordinates diverse teams, science partners, and expedition logistics to deliver seamless field operations.
